FEES

Each scheme is designed to promote fair, and efficient, settlement of disputes. Generally speaking, this means the fees are divided between the Claimant and the Respondent.

For aviation claims, there is a £10 fee to the consumer.  ADR Scheme Rules for Aviation claims can be viewed HERE.

For eBay Independent Feedback disputes, the fee for IFR is a one-time, flat rate amount totaling $130 USD. This fee is paid for by the Claimant, the party who requests the feedback review (usually the Seller). More information for Feedback disputes claims can be viewed HERE.

For IEDR domain disputes, the fees are paid by the Claimant. The IEDR ADR POLICY will give more information on the scheme.

In general e-commerce disputes, Trader has several fee scale options to choose from when participating in the programme.
