FEES

Each scheme is designed to promote fair, and efficient, settlement of disputes. Generally speaking, this means the fees are divided between the Claimant and the Respondent.

For aviation claims, there is a £10 fee to the consumer.  ADR Scheme Rules for Aviation claims can be viewed HERE.

For eBay Independent Feedback disputes, the fees are paid by the Claimant. ADR Scheme Rules for Feedback disputes claims can be viewed HERE.
